‘Top Tips’ Leaflets

‘Top Tips’ Leaflets. OPS are delighted to launch their ‘Top Tips’ leaflets.

These leaflets provide very useful tips in the areas of Manual Handling (867 downloads) including tips for good back care, 10 Tips For Safer Moving and Handling of People (1017 downloads) including tips on Hoist use, and Office Ergonomics (1259 downloads) which includes tips on laptop use and office exercises.  They are ideally suited for use in training sessions and also as general information in workplaces.

We have also a launched a ‘Top Tips leaflet’ on [Download not found] which includes tips on People Handling Assessments.

The leaflets are available free as a download or can be purchased from the OPS office. They are also available in Poster size for use in training rooms and work areas.
